Focus Amidst the Chaos!

Am back to where I started my career, after 4 years. SAAS. There is something about tech that excites me, probably that might be one of the reason, I chose Engineering to graduate. But the actual fun is in selling tech. A paradigm shift from service to product seems, I have to sharpen my skills to a great extent. Everyday having a new learning and improving yourself by 1%, only matters.

I think the over excitement to learn and take up a new challenge has made me a little less focused, also taking into consideration the chaos around the crisis. But that’s how it is. The beauty of this life is similar to our computer games. The set algorithm increases your difficulty level once you deep dive in the game and cross certain milestones. That’s when we should start using our beloved brains and keep aside emotions. Disheartening it might seem, but be fierce and ruthless.

This chaos of the crisis has directly or indirectly affected each and everyone of us and we have struggled to focus on our work at times. And that’s completely fine. Having said that, let’s fight this chaos, get back to business as usual and win the battle together.
The key is to have a razor sharp focus on your long term goals and work towards it by dividing things to short term goals and again subdividing it into monthly goals, so on and so forth. That will be the key to win this game.
