The last week or rather 10 days were quite fruitful. Lots of learnings happened over the period and was privileged to meet three founders for different kind of work. These three founders were each from the different industry.

Founder 1 –
Be passionate about what you do. Positive energy and the spirit to win oozed over from him. This man built a bootstrapped profitable company of 100 people and about ~60Cr ARR in no time.
Founder 2 –
Educationally and professionally (for a large chunk of his career) being from a different background, he started the company. I was accompanied by the person of the same industry, educationally and professionally, but this guy was absolutely well versed and had in depth knowledge of his product/service that the person with me was in awe. This guy owns about 30-35 branches of his business setup in 6 years.
Founder 3 –
This man is doing the same thing, without any changes since last 15 years. He is still at the same place as he was 15 years ago. Very little progress because of lack of adoption to change.
