One quarter, I was the Best Sales Guy in India. Six months later, I was under PIP threat.
Did I stop working? No.
Were my accounts shut? No.
Was my pipeline weak? No.
Then what changed? The Management’s Mindset.
I had started questioning the rotting system, and that made me a thorn. I was just a powerless pawn then, so I chose a different battle—a quiet exit, with pride, respect, and honor.
And the management? Three months after my last day, they were asked to leave.
