Moving towards the business end of 2021 and as they say the most wonderful time of the year is here. And of course, not to forget, the end of season sale as well.
2021 – a year that redefined me. I truly felt that the year had a lot instore for me as a person and as a professional.
I was traveling recently with a dear friend. He specifically mentioned that I have changed a lot. I very gently smiled and completely agreed with his statement. This was not only him, but a lot of my dear ones are of the same perspective and I don’t deny.
As a professional, in this year –
(a) Focus on goal orientation has been increased extensively. From thinking to believing, from believing to creating and from creating to achieving is the fundamental.
(b) I am a lot more organized now. This was possible because of the WFH regime and spending a lot of time in and around my parents, who are very methodical at this age as well.
(c) 2021 taught me the value of correct timings. Correct decisions at correct timings can take you miles ahead.
(d) The Trust you develop and the Brand you create are the two factors that will differentiate you from the rest
As a person, in 2021 –
(a) I think I’m over matured now (LOL! But true), courtesy the professional experiences in the past.
(b) I do talk only when required and with a limited set of people. I save my energy for the correct time and people.
(c) The 30’s has hit the young, wild and free version of myself hard, where I have to maintain the balance in every possible ecosystem that coexist around me.
As they say, Change is the only constant and the ones who are your inner circle will always be there, forever.
The road to the pinnacle might be vague. But one step at a time, slowly and steadily will surely lead the way to the summit.
With 2022 just around the corner, the journey is not only becoming more intrigued, more challenging but more beautiful.
