Focus Exercise!

I lack focus.
I need to be more focused.
I am in serious need of a more focused approach.

I found these issues, earlier this month. I was very well aware and knew the reason for this scarcity. I had to overcome it by hook or by crook.

Focus remains the key, in order to rank up and be successful whether it be materialistically, psychologically or spiritually. Hence, I came back to my basics, back to my drawing board.

Out of one such workouts on getting back on track, I discovered a very unique exercise which I think is helping me taking things in right direction.

1. Every morning, be relaxed and sit back in a comfortable space.
2. Close your eyes and be thoughtless. Not a single thought
3. Imagine a beautiful flower and a colorful butterfly is sitting on it.
4. Do not let that butterfly move away from the flower.
5. Do it for atleast 5-10 minutes

I’m sure the butterfly will fly away many times. Similar is our mind. It will be wondering in different places. Try to simulate thoughts and give it a single direction.

It has somehow started working for me. If you’re going through something similar, do try and share if what works for you.
