My dearest J turns 2 and I can’t hold back my tears as I write this!
Time flies and in what speed. I remember taking her in my hand once she came out of OT and today, she’s hard to catch – running, playing, falling and again running.
As she grows, I see little bits of both of us in her. She has my habits, my nature as well as likings, and I can see her mother’s discipline and process-oriented nature. The perfect little blend of her parents.
I will always keep on saying this – she has changed my definition of happiness.
My biggest life goal will never be about titles, money, or success. It will always be to raise her into a kind human being who uses her education and values to make her own life, and the lives of others, a little better.
And if there’s one thing I’m certain of, it’s this: no love in the world will ever be as pure and selfless as the love of a child.
No more gyaan.
Only small request to the network reading this – keep her in your blessings.
PS – If you’re reading this, this post has already been scheduled. I’ll probably be somewhere in nature, sharing a slice of cake with J and her mother, making memories that will stay with us forever. ❤️
